Our new Carriage House is available to rent for meetings, small gatherings, wedding and baby showers, receptions, and more. Our site offers modern facilities with historic charm and outdoor space right in the heart of downtown Portsmouth. 

What’s included:

• Indoor capacity is 25

• Folding chairs and tables are available for use

• Secure Wifi throughout the building and grounds

• 40” flatscreen TV with internet, cable, and projection capabilities

• ADA accessible restroom

• The grounds include a beautifully landscaped garden maintained by the Portsmouth Garden Club. This space may be used in addition to the interior space.

Currently, the main house is not available for rentals.  However, if your group would like a guided tour of the Warner House, we can arrange in advance for an extra fee. 

*NH State law requires all alcohol to be provided and served by a licensed bartender to serve off-site.
