Warner House Site Manager Job Description

The Warner House Association in Portsmouth, New Hampshire, is seeking an outgoing, enthusiastic, and organized part-time Site Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of the Warner House, an historic house museum, and assist with the development and implementation of programming, policies, and procedures for the newly reconstructed Carriage House on site. In addition, the successful candidate will work with established committees on outreach activities including social media posts, marketing strategies and materials, newsletter content and production, and donor and member recordkeeping.

Qualifications include two to three years employment in a comparable organization, preferably with demonstrated management experience; computer skills, written and oral communications skills, familiarity with social media and digital photography, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. The site requires that the successful applicant can negotiate flights of stairs and steps. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of experience and credentials is desired.
